Band Bio

Formed in 2020, Herb N’ Life have emerged as one of Arizona’s standout voices in modern reggae-rock. Rooted in the desert and inspired by the California coast, the Phoenix-based four-piece blend groove-driven rhythms, heartfelt songwriting, and a distinctly modern edge.

Led by Sam Edwards (vocals, guitar) alongside Cisco Carballo (bass), Arian Valenzuela (drums), and Adrian Valenzuela (lead guitar), the band’s sound reflects real life—equal parts heat, hustle, and heart. Their songs move between raw honesty and coastal ease, fusing reggae warmth with rock precision and pop sensibility.

Since their debut, Herb N’ Life have built a loyal following through authenticity and powerful live performances that connect across genres. Whether on stage or in the studio, the band delivers music that feels lived-in—rhythms shaped by experience, lyrics rooted in truth, and energy that leaves a mark long after the last note fades.

Herb N’ Life stand for more than a sound—they represent a lifestyle defined by resilience, connection, and the freedom to stay real.
